Meet the Scoutmasters

Troop 728 has TWO amazing Scoutmasters, one for our Boys’ Troop and one for our Girls’ Troop!

A lifelong Scouter, David Russell leads Troop 728-B. When he’s not planning scrambles and leading high adventure trips, David is a professional photographer. His son Kevin and daughter Carolyn are Scouts in the troop.

Jean Karlson, a long-time Troop 728 Leader, was instrumental in founding and now heads up Troop 728-G. Jean is a nurse and has two sons, Lars and Kevin, who both earned the rank of Eagle as Scouts in Troop 728.
