Troop 728 joined the Inwood Memorial Day Parade on May 27, 2019. Honoring our fallen men and women in uniform, the freedoms they died defending, and their gold star families.

Congratulations to the second year Webelos who crossed over into Troop 728 on May 22, 2019. Thank you to everyone who built the bridge and the families who came to support the Scouts. We look forward to a great year ahead!

Troop 728 will be at Summer Camp at Ten Mile River Scout Camp from July 7-13, 2019. For more information, an application, or to apply for a “Campership” (scholarship), please contact us. Our goal is to make Summer Camp an affordable option for every Scout!

Join Assistant Scoutmaster Frank Perez and the Westchester Amateur Astronomers Club for their “Stairway to Heaven” stargazing party during this overnight campout, April 27-28, at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation!

Congratulations to Manhattan Scouts BSA Troop 150 for their victory at this year’s Camporee at Alpine Scout Camp in New Jersey! Watch out next year: Troop 728 is coming for that Golden Axe!

Scouts BSA Troop 728 will host a Parents Meeting on Wednesday, April 17, from 8-9pm, Good Shepherd School Gym, enter at 108 Cooper Street. The regular Scouts meeting that night will take place, as scheduled, from 7-9pm. There will be a Board of Review immediately prior to the Parents Meeting.

Which Troop 728 patrol will emerge victorious at next weekend’s Camporee at Alpine Scout Camp? The Golden Eagles or the Buff Beavers? Stay tuned!
