Thank you Terence for guiding Troop 728 through sometimes stormy waters, for serving as Scoutmaster, and for agreeing to continue your lifelong commitment to Troop 728 as our next Chartered Organization Representative!
Troop 728 also thanks the Honorable Efrain Alvarado, for his wise and prudent leadership as Troop 728’s Chartered Organization Representative! Rest easy Scouts; Efrain may be passing the COR baton, but, like Terry, he isn’t going anywhere!
